The concept behind the Peyton and Byrne brand is to produce “traditional” and “old-school” delights into our more modern environment – the way our mothers used to bake them!! The Byrne in Peyton and Byrne is Oliver’s mothers’ maiden name, and her recipes are the inspiration behind this bakery.
The biggest element that sets us aside from our competition is that all our produce is baked fresh daily with no hidden preservatives and absolutely no goods from the freezer. Today’s cakes today!
We have worked hard to develop our product list to include something for everyone. You can now expect anything from lavish, indulgent cakes and tarts, to a large selection of savoury lunchtime goods, to individual portions of every teatime treat imaginable including Bakewell tart, treacle tart, Victoria sponge and jewel-coloured fairy cakes.
